Your Health Your Voice - Do you want to get involved?
“Your Health, Your Voice” is a programme designed to enable NHS Solihull CCG to engage and work together with patients, carers and the community we serve.
Following discussion at the Practice Managers meeting in January, we would appreciate your support in publicising this programme to give your patients the chance to be more involved in healthcare in Solihull.
Residents, patients and the wider community have a choice of the level of involvement they would like to have in the programme:
- Patient membership is open to anyone who lives in Solihull, or is registered with a Solihull CCG GP. By registering as a Patient Member they will receive information, hear about our events and give feedback on specific projects. For a higher level of involvement, they can choose to potentially receive invites to be part of focus groups. Registration can be completed online at https://www.birminghamsolihull.icb.nhs.uk/get-involved or using the enclosed paper application form.
- Anyone who lives in Solihull or is registered with a Solihull GP can also apply to be on our Patient Voice Panel to bring their perspective to improving experiences and helping to shape and redesign local health services. More information about the Patient Voice Panel is online at https://www.birminghamsolihull.icb.nhs.uk/get-involved along with an Expression of Interest form – closing date is Thursday 30 April 2015.
