Register as a Temporary Patient

If you are visiting the practice area (i.e. staying with a patient at the practice or staying in a hotel in the practice area) and need to see a doctor you can be seen as a temporary patient. You will need to complete a temporary resident form prior to seeing the doctor.  This will enable us to forward your consultation notes onto your own GP.  Please attend your appointment 15 minutes beforehand to ensure that you have enough time to complete the form before seeing the Doctor
