As some of you may be aware we have been operating the Online Booking facility for some time now and it is proving to be very popular with our patients. This facility enables patients to make certain appointments (both GP and Nurse appointments), cancel appointments and order repeat medication online.
To use this facility you will need a Username and Password which is provided to you after you have completed a short consent form. If you are interested in this facility please email balsallcommon.practice@nhs.net and a consent form will be sent out to you. Please do not complete a registration form from the 'Do It Online section' as this is for New Patients wishing to register for the first time with the practice only and not for patients wishing to gain On Line Access. Any queries please contact the surgery.

Physiotherapy Service
Are you experiencing muscle or joint pain?
You can now see a Specialist Physiotherapist at the Balsall Common Surgery.
The Physio will support you in being referred for further treatment, helping with pain relief, managing/improving your condition and discuss any worries or concerns.
Appointments with our Physiotherapy Team can now be booked online or with our Reception Team.
