- This is an excellent practice. The reception staff are all efficient and friendly. We have had a number of serious health issues in our family over the past 2 years and we are very grateful for the clinical skills of the medical team
- I just wanted to give some positive feedback on the on-line booking service. I have recently signed up and have found it invaluable for booking appointments and ordering prescriptions. I am a new Mum and it can be difficult to telephone the surgery during the relevant opening hours, so using the on-line system is ideal as I can use it at a time that it is convenient to me. It is a quick and easy system to use.
I am more than happy for these comments to be put on your website/newsletter to encourage others to sign up to the scheme.

We have always received a high standard of care. The receptionists are always polite and friendly and the doctors and nurses are always knowledgeable and supportive.
I have never had an issue in obtaining an appointment.

- Great Doctors Surgery. There are some very understanding and sympathetic doctors - especially when you check which doctor is the specialist in the particular problem you have.
